Hotel Terrace At Kuta

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is ideal; it is close to stores, restaurants/bars, and the beach is only a short walk away. The staff was wonderful and helpful! Overall, it was a very excellent stay.

The staff were very friendly

The shower didnt have a door or was too close to the sink and was uncomfortable when showering because the water was keep on flowing to else where which forced me to finish the shower as early as possible.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is great very close to shops, restaurants/bars, laundry etc and not a far walk to the beach. The staff were lovely and helpful! Overall it’s a very good stay especially for the price point. ?

We do think the rooms need a refresh, the walls in our room were quite rundown but we made do as we didn’t stay very long.

Nice clean place in good location. Great wifi and shower. Didn't use pool or restaurant so cannot comment of those facilities

Nothing not to like although I suspect that, at other times of the year (my visit was in January), it won't be as quiet.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the beach and shopping mall. It was also close to my venue for the NYE celebration. The room was comfortable but quite small. We made it work for 3 nights, but staying longer with larger cases would have been difficult. The AC was not working well when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed, and we had a cool room for our stay. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was very busy with no footpaths, so if you have children, I would not feel safe walking there, and taxis take a long time as it is a very busy area. Grab bikes or hiring your own bike would be the best transport if you go further than Kuta. The shower was great, but the bathroom floor got a bit wet as there was no door on the cubicle. Not a great issue for me, though. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I did not book a room with breakfast so can not comment on the quality but there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast.No option to buy drinks at the hotel but their is a fridge in the room.

ideal hotel for saying goodbye to Bali and before a night flight to Europe. In the center. Taxi will take you to the airport in 20 minutes. Great breakfast and staff.

Great place to stay for a couple of days. Right in the heart of all the shopping, restaurants and bars, and very close to the Bali Bombing Memorial. Clean basic comfortable hotel rooms with tv and balcony. The hot shower had great water pressure even on the 5th floor. I didn’t use the pool as it was raining, but it looks lovely.

Lovely pool we really enjoyed the pool access room. Wonderful staff and very central location to lots of bars restaurants shops etc just around the corner from the main road. Pool snacks and breakfast was all nice too. Small variety on offer but didn’t bother us. Excellent value for money. I would come back in the summer time to stay here. When I asked the maintenance to clean the air con filter it was done in 5 mins flat. After that the air con was so cold it was amazing.

You can hear people in the other rooms showering but aside from that nothing else was a problem here. Great little place in the heart of the action.

Strategic location in Kuta town. Very convenient. It has alternate paths for private car to exit the hustle bustle of Kuta town to other places in Bali.

The balcony is to small, I had to buy my own table and you could not buy food or drinks from the restaurant after 2pm, no room service at all, the wardrobes had no doors and no cupboards or bedside drawers

If your looking for accommodation right in the centre of KUTA mayhem that is comfortable and clean, this is it! Right next to the main shopping strip with many options for food all around and walking distance to the beach.

It was SO noisy. I did not get a good sleep here even with ear plugs in. The music went on into the early hours of each night and the bass made my bed shake.

The shower is okay, but you can’t close it, which causes some water to drain onto the floor

Spent 2 nights before leaving - it’s about 20mins more or less to the airport so that was great
